Information for 2009 IPRRS poster presenters:

Poster size: The boards will be approximately 4 feet high by 8 feet wide. There will be 2 posters/side [4 posters/board] so your poster cannot be more than 4 feet (121 cm) wide by 4 feet (121 cm) high.

Poster setup: Posters should be mounted during registration, i.e., anytime after 14:00 on Friday December 5 and stay up throughout the meeting, until Saturday 16:30. They should be mounted, on the appropriately numbered area of the boards.

Poster Viewing: There will be two poster viewing sessions to allow more interactions and discussion. All posters will remain up throughout the meeting. Those giving oral presentations are also expected to present a poster and stand by their poster during the times noted.

Poster Session 1: Authors of odd-numbered posters will be at their posters on Friday December 5 night from 17:15 until 18:15, during the opening evening’s Reception and cash bar, right after the opening keynote talk.

Poster Session 2: Authors of even-numbered posters will be at their posters on Sat. December 6 9:50 until 10:50 during the morning coffee break.

Poster takedown: Posters should be left up until the end of the Saturday December 5 afternoon session at 16:30 and then removed.
