Poster Requirements

Information for 2011 IPRRS poster presenters:

Poster size: The boards will be approximately 4 feet high by 8 feet wide. There will be 2 posters/side [4 posters/board] so your poster cannot be more than 4 feet (121 cm) wide by 4 feet (121 cm) high. Tacks will be provided. 

Poster setup: Posters should be mounted during registration, i.e., anytime after 13:00 on Friday December 2 and stay up throughout the meeting, until Saturday 16:00. They should be mounted, on the appropriately numbered area of the boards.

Poster Viewing: There will be two poster viewing sessions to allow more interactions and discussion. All posters will remain up throughout the meeting. Those giving oral presentations are also expected to present a poster and stand by their poster during the times noted.

Poster takedown: Posters should be left up until Saturday December 3 at 16:00 and then removed.
